RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from The Framing Company are custom made pursuant to a shipping contract. As the customer you must double check all information submitted to our website; including email address (es), billing information, shipping information, and payment information. We presume that the customer has submitted all correct information. We will verify the information submitted within the scope of our capabilities. If an item should be damaged during the shipping process, you must contact The Framing Company immediately. Additionally you must save all packaging materials. If the freight provider does not cover the damage and The Framing Company validates your claim, we will replace the item at our expense without additional charges.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Framing Company warrants all products provided on this site will conform substantially to the corresponding descriptions on the site when ordered. The Framing Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or usability of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. you as the user of this site expressly agree that the use of this site is at your sole risk. Your sole remedy for breach of the warranty contained in this paragraph is return for refund or replacement.
